New Members - Requesting Membership for the first time: Deadlines January 1 and July 1
- Complete this Application form.
- Please have your pastor complete the Pastor Recommendation Form.
- FIll out appropriate waiver forms:
- Pay the $32 non-refundable application fee.
- After all required forms are submitted, you will be contacted for an interview and a background check will be started.
- Once approved for membership, pay the $130 membership fee.
Everything is due by July 1st for the fall semester and by January 1st for the spring semester.
