New Members - Requesting Membership for the first time:

  1. Complete this Application form.
  2. Please have your pastor complete the Pastor Letter.
  3. FIll out appropriate waiver forms:
    1. Youth Liability Waiver for students age 17 and under
    2. 18+ Liability Waiver for students age 18 and up
  4. Pay the $30 non-refundable application fee.
  5. After all required forms are submitted, you will be contacted for an interview and a background check will be started.
  6. Once approved for membership, pay the remaining $100 membership fee.

Everything is due by July 1st for the fall semester and by January 1st for the spring semester.
